[8-11-2011] ISPACS-2011 holds 4 Keynotes: Dr. S. Nordholm; Dr. Steven H. Voldman; Dr. HITOSHI KIYA and Dr. Momtchil Peev.

[08-11-2011] According to the mis communication and mis understanding in registartion system. If a paper is registed by both professor and student, and student has been charged with the full rate, the conference will paid back to the student at the amount of the difference. We apology for the mistaken action. [26-10-2011] Postpone: Technical Program will be announced on Monday 7th November 2011 due to flooding crisis

[25-10-2011] According to the water flood crisis in Thailand, although it should be no effect to the ISPACS-2011 that will be oganized in Decemeber, we have decided to extend the deadline of Early submission to untill the end of October. However, since the system is prgramatically timing, one who have been charged will be paid back by the conference.
